1. Consumer Price Index –August 2025

The Consumer Price Index in the Kingdom recorded an annual increase of 2.3% in August 2025, compared to the same month of the previous year (August 2024). This was mainly driven by a rise in housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuel prices by 5.8%, food and beverage prices by 1.1%, and restaurant and accommodation services by 3.0%

2. Wholesale Price Index –August 2025

Kingdom's Wholesale Price Index (WPI) rose by 2.1% on an annual basis in August 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. This increase was mainly driven by a 4.2% rise in the prices of other transportable goods and a 4.4% increase in the prices of agricultural and fishery products.

3. Industrial Production Index –July 2025

Preliminary results indicate a 6.5% increase in the Industrial Production Index (IPI) in July 2025 compared to the same month of the previous year (July2024), supported by the rise in mining and quarrying activity, manufacturing activity, electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply activity and water supply, sewerage and waste management and remediation activities. On a monthly basis, the index increased by 1.3%.

4. Real Estate Price Index–Q2 2025

The real estate price index in Saudi Arabia recorded an annual rate of change of 3.2% in Q2 2025, compared to 4.3% in Q1 of the same year. This change is associated with slower growth in the residential sector, which has the highest relative weight in the index.
